New Food
The GráKake is a new type of food. The concept is rooted in a desire to create a food that functions as a center of a dish, as might beef, poultry, fish, or tofu. The base ingredients in GráKakes are three super foods: oats, flax, and squash, into which we mix natural ingredients and spices. GráKakes are non-processed, vegan, wheat-free, oil-free*, and meant to appeal to all food lovers.

Old Roots
The origins of GráKakes are inspired by food from other cultures and the experience of raising a family of four boys. GráKakes are made by the Shaughnessy family at the old Conant Homestead along the banks of the Presumpscot River in Westbrook, Maine.
Try Our GráKakes
We pre-bake, freeze, and vacuum-seal our GráKakes before shipping and delivery to make your preparation easy and convenient. Since they are pre-baked, they can be eaten straight out of the packaging, but they are oh so good warmed up. GráKakes can be served as a main course at a restaurant table or packed and eaten on a hike.
