Unlike traditional meat alternatives, GráKakes are not trying to trick you or be something they are not. GráKakes are a hearty and delicious food for any occasion.

The versatility of GráKakes was an important goal of ours. We pre-bake our GráKakes so that you can prepare them quickly. Although you can eat them straight out of the packaging, you will really fall in love with them warmed up. Pan fried, baked, toasted, deep fried, or microwaved—it doesn’t matter how you do it, it’s all good. They can be served for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They can be eaten with an egg, on a bun, in a taco, on a salad, or all by themselves.

To make our GráKakes, we have a simple, homemade recipe. We strive to mix locally and thoughtfully sourced ingredients into a wheat-free base of super foods oats and flax, then hand-press the mixture into a patty shape and bake it to perfection. You can read our ingredients below.
